The content team is required to develop quality content, with innovative learning techniques.

Job Description/KRA

  1. Support Business Team in designing training outline.
  2. Conduct Training Need Analysis or customization study as required by client.
  3. Preparing Training Schedules / Calendar.
  4. Designing Modules/ content/quizzes with support from content team.
  5. Responsible for Training Delivery.
  6. Training Evaluation.
  7. Follow-up with Operations/clients.
  8. Analyzing performance metrics and planning for further trainings.
  9. Regularly updating training content.
  10. Reference to Market need, designing New Training Modules and briefing the Sales team.
Desired Profile
  1. The person should have 6 - 15 years of experience, with minimum 2 years in content development.
  2. With MBA / PGDM Diploma. Degree.
  3. Imparting training on soft skills, Sales and behavioral training.
  4. Should have excellent communication skills.
  5. Should be assertive, approachable and mature.
  6. Task oriented and excellent team player.
  7. Active and energetic.
  8. Should have the ability to deliver results an handle pressure.
  9. Willing to travel anywhere in the country.

Business Consultant role is to meet clients and based on intervention, conceptualize the program and develop the business on regular basis.

  3. Develop contact with HR Heads & Sales Heads.
  4. Understand training need and design Intervention
  5. Negotiate with client, vendors and empanel trainers
  6. Develop training Outline with help of trainers / content team
  7. Maintain long-term relationship and promote the organisation within.
  8. Regular MIS updates
  9. Empanel trainer Selection and vendor Selection keeping in mind, cost ratio.
Desired Profile
  1. Person with 2-10 years of experience in selling educational programs
  2. With MBA / PGDM or Sales & Marketing Diploma/ degree
  3. Should be self motivator

Summer Internship Program

The Internship Program of TAC House, is an initiative to build the capacities of students and individuals wanting to grow in field of Marketing and Human Resource by providing them with an opportunity to gain practical work experience related to their academic program or future work in a field related to Learning and Development. TAC House considers the internship program as a wonderful opportunity for mutual learning. The ideas and experiences, which the interns bring with them, add value to our interventions and strengthen the capacities of the team members.

Program Description

The interns are free to choose to work with any of the process in our divisions, depending upon their interests and objectives. Once the choice is made, the intern will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding on the planning and implementation of that project. It is expected that the intern is able to identify role for self in the project after the comprehensive understanding, which should correspond with the objective of the project.

Qualifications

Candidate should be in any semester of their Post Graduation, preferably in Marketing or Human Resource domain.

Language skills : The intern should be able to read, write and speak in English effectively. The ability to converse in Hindi would be an added advantage.

Financial Aspects

The TAC House Internship Program operates on a non-remunerative basis. The costs connected with an intern's participation in the Program must be borne by the nominating institution or intern himself/herself, and make his or her own arrangements for travel, accommodation etc during his internship.
